Freelancer Coordinates The first coordinate references the sector (large grid), the second references a smaller grid after zooming in. Position the cursor at the bottom-right of the sector. Zoom in and move left or right so as to make the letter disappear off the left. Now move right slowly to make the letter reappear and keep going to make a complete grid (exception: stop moving as soon as A appears). Similarly, move up or down to make the number disappear off the top, then move slowly down until it reappears and keep going to make a complete grid (exception: stop moving as soon as 1 appears). Now you should have a complete 9x9 grid, surrounded by partial grids. The second coordinate references this grid, with a to j moving left to right and 1 to 9 moving top to bottom. Due to the nature of this method (and the distance between the sectors), some locations use j to reference the partial right column and 0 for the partial top row.
