Fairway Solitaire

This is a patch (126k) for Big Fish Games' Fairway Solitaire (the GameFools release) to address some of the issues identified by Michael Keller.

• Adds the rank to the bottom-right of the card.
• All the Sand Wedge cards are face up.
• Appropriately blocks the top-right card on the 9th hole of Barnyard Bunkers and the middle-right card on the 4th hole of Mystery Madness.
• Adjusts the "Perfect Scores" and "Long Drive" trophy messages.
• X-Rays immediately (no sound, no message).
• Fixes the Total Cash value shown when winning the purse.
• Reduces the wait after finding an iron or sand wedge, or achieving the maximum multiplier.
• Provides a small chance of starting from the tableau (no initial stock card, any card may be played).
• Allows more than six golfers (but there's still no scroll bar, use the arrow keys to select).
